Linda asked: It’s cleaned with warm, soapy water every day to no avail. Should I strip it and refinish it? HELP. You can also take your fingernail and scrap the top off. It’s gross. Our second table from this company with the same problem. Thanks in advance

amallama asked: …the computer in it (i know, weird combination)? i have tried to come up with some names for the room, but none of them seem to be right. “the breakfast room” doesnt fit because of the computer. “the computer room” doesnt fit because of the table. i was also thinking of calling it “the casual dining room” which fits it, but it’s too long. what would you call this room?

Damsel In Distress asked: My mom said to buy a box spring mattress and then another type to put on top. Is that necessary? I plan on getting a bed frame..I can’t just use one mattress? Buying two mattresses would cost more money for me.
What if I just use the softer mattress only without the box spring?

Speedy 8 asked: I recently remodeled my bathroom and took out a home made cabinet for one corner of the bathroom. This corner has three sides and mesures 28″W x 38″ D x 80″ H. I am looking for a ready made cabinet to fit this dimension. Any suggestions where to find such furniture? Also would it be cheaper to just rebuild the cabinet myself? Any ideas would be great. Like many up start organizations, we are seeking funding, but most of all a building to run this program out of. I noticed that there is a lot of vacant buildings in my community. Some has been sitting vacant for over a year. A furniture stores would be ideal for my organization, which would give us enough room to set up workshop classes and hold small events to aid with fundraisers. Do anyone have any information on how should I approach one of these building owner and convince them allow my organization to operate out of his building until we can get up and running. Can this be written off as a tax deduction using our 501 ( c ) 3 tax exempt ? I’ve heard others say, “ask if they will donate it. How?

Flywheel asked: The house our daughter and family were renting in California had a fire leaving them with a total loss of personal posessions, furniture, etc. The fire was sparked by a bathroom exaust fan. They’ve moved, of course, but the landlord refuses to return their rental deposit. Would California rental laws be on the renter’s side in this situation? What recourse might they have?

Gone Too Long asked: It doesn’t actually look like a stain - it looks like the alcohol removed the finish. Bottle was setting on table overnight. Stain is in prominet spot of huge coffee table.

jas0885 asked: I’m looking to spruce up my apartment in a (INEXPENSIVE) way. I was wondering if fake plants would do and if so what type of plants, flowers, or colors should I use, so that its nice to look at. The kitchen and hallway are peach. The hallway table is mahagony. The bathroom is yellow. Any suggestions would help, doesn’t have to be plants or flowers.
